Annual Subscription
The Annual Subscription is £120 and becomes due on the 1st January of each year. Payment should be made to W Bro G A Malt, 7 Wavendon Crescent, Sunderland, SR4 8LW. Tel. 0191 5280866. Please note that Brethren Four Months in arrears are liable to exclusion, in accordance to Lodge By-Law 6, B of C Rule 181.
Change of address
Brethren are requested to notify the Secretary immediately of any change of address.
Illness of Brethren
Will Brethren notify the Almoner immediately of any known cases of sickness, bereavement or necessity, affecting any member of the Lodge.

Meals
Any Member wishing to invite a Brother to a Supper, may do so on holding himself responsible for the cost of the meal to the Lodge. All Members and visitors (other than Official Fraternal) will be required to pay the supper fee.
Royal Arch Masonry
All Master Masons are eligible to become members of the Royal Arch. To join a Chapter, details can be obtained from the "Chapter Representative", W Bro P Cowling.
Visits Abroad
Brethren who intend to visit Lodges abroad must have these visits checked to ensure that the Lodge visited is part of a constitution recognised by Grand Lodge.
349th Meeting
Business
1) To open the Lodge and present for approval the minutes of regular meeting held on 13th April, 2010.
2) To receive our official fraternal visitors Lodge of Concord No. 6859.
3) From the notice of motion given at the June meeting, W Bro Malt will propose that any brother still in arrears be excluded.
4) To raise Bro Philip George Swann.
5) To receive the Almoners report and take a collection. .

The annual "Ladies Night" is to be held at the Roker Hotel on Friday 24th September. Please book ASAP, the cost of the evening is to be £25 per head.
