Instruction Lodge
Any Master Mason interested in trying a small piece of ritual please see the WM or D of C.
Any officer unable to attend a meeting should inform the D of C as soon as possible..
Annual Subscription
The Annual Subscription is £125 and becomes due on the 1st January of each year. Payment should be made to W Bro G A Malt, Please note that Brethren Four Months in arrears are liable to exclusion, in accordance to Lodge By-Law 6, B of C Rule 181.
Change of address
Brethren are requested to notify the Secretary immediately of any change of address.
Illness of Brethren
Will brethren notify the Almoner immediately of any known cases of sickness, bereavement or necessity, affecting any member of the lodge
Meals
Any member wishing to invite a brother to a supper, may do so holding himself responsible for the cost of the meal to the Lodge. All members and vositors (other than official) will be required to pay the supper fee.
Royal Arch Masonry
All members are eligible and encouraged to become members of the Royal Arch. To join a Chapter, details can be obtained from the Chapter representative, W Bro P Cowling
Visits Abroad
Brethren who intend to visit Lodges abroad must have these visits checked to ensure that the Lodge is part of a constitution recognised by Grand Lodge.

Business
1) To read the summons convening the meeting.
2) To present for approval and confirmation the minutes of Regular Lodge held on Tuesday 8th November 2011
3) To receive our fraternal visitors, W Bro Townsen, W Master of Sunderland Lodge, No.4114.
4) To receive the Almoners report.
5) To close the lodge where-upon the ladies and all other guests will be admitted to join us in the annual carol service, during which a collection will be taken.
